Meet Dr. Dipesh Sitaram

Dr. Dipesh Sitaram graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry. Since then, he has enjoyed getting to know each of his patients and providing them with the excellent, gentle dental care they deserve. Dr. Sitaram knows what a big difference a great smile can make in your personal and professional life. It can improve your health, boost your self-confidence, help you make better impressions on others, and enhance the overall quality of your life and well-being. Dr. Sitaram loves changing lives one smile at a time!

With his passion for dentistry, Dr. Sitaram is also enthusiastic about Continuing Education and training. His goal is to always be the most qualified he can to care for your oral health and smile enhancement needs. He is very involved in Mercer Mastery Continuing Education, having graduated from their 2-year executive management program called “Building the Ideal Practice.” Dr. Sitaram has also studied at The Dawson Academy as well as the prestigious Scottsdale Center for Dentistry, a world-class facility with the latest in dental technology and education. Most recently, Dr. Sitaram completed the Spear Curriculum and was invited to join the Spear Faculty Study Club (SFSC) at the Scottsdale Center. This membership, which is only offered to 300 members annually, makes several beneficial learning and educational opportunities available. These include the privilege of assisting in the development of educational activities for Spear Education and mentoring dentists completing the curriculum. Dr. Sitaram has also been asked to join the Scottsdale Center’s CEREC Doctors as a mentor.

Knowing the importance of quality education, Dr. Sitaram and The Sitaram Foundation are helping fund a college in India, which Dr. Sitaram’s grandfather assisted in starting. The Sitaram Foundation is looking forward to opening a university hospital in 2010, and Dr. Sitaram’s dream is to one day open a dental school on the campus. The focus of The Sitaram Foundation is promoting educational and career opportunities for those in Third World countries.

Dr. Sitaram understands that most people’s lives are busy, and they have limited budgets. Together with his wife, Komal, Dr. Sitaram enjoys living, working, and participating in the Avon, Indianapolis, and Columbus communities.

Meet Dr. John Weida

Dr. John Weida is a graduate of Purdue University and Indiana University School of Dentistry. He is a member in good standing of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Indiana Dental Association (IDA), and he has studied at the renowned Scottsdale Center for Dentistry. He is pursuing advanced training to place dental implants, perform bone grafts, and provide laser dentistry.

Dr. Weida’s primary focuses when caring for patients are, first, helping people understand their diagnosis and dental treatment options and, second, patient comfort. Dr. Weida wants every patient’s visit at Dental Solutions to be a positive experience, each and every time.

In his personal life, Dr. Weida is a lifelong Hoosier. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Jennifer, and they currently reside in downtown Indianapolis with their two dogs, Bailey and Parker, and their cat, Oscar. Dr. Weida’s hobbies include running, racing, playing basketball, watching sports, and traveling. He looks forward to getting to know you and your family, too!
